RATES & POLICIES
Check in time from 3-6 pm.
Other times by prior arrangement.
Check out time is 11 am
Cabana--$150/night double occupancy & $25 each additional person.
Cottages-- $110.00 per night.
Special rates from Sunday-Thursday
And weekly rates available upon request.
 Credit cards accepted, also checks and cash - I take Paper or plastic!
All rates are based on double occupancy.
Additional guests are $25.00 each per night.

DEPOSIT
A Deposit in the amount of one night’s stay or one-half of the total amount due plus tax needed to hold your reservation. If you do not have a deposit, you do NOT have a reservation. Balance of the stay is due upon arrival. Texas Tax of 6% will be charged as required by law.
 

 

Cancellation Policy
A two week (fourteen days) notice in advance is required to cancel your reservation. (30 days required for Antique Week or holidays).

Your deposit can be credited to another available date within 6 months or refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. No refund if cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice. Entire booking fees charged for no-shows and early departures.

NO SMOKING
This facility is strictly a NO SMOKING zone. Pets are not allowed. No candles in the guest rooms. Well behaved children over 12 are welcome with prior notice.

Swimming Pool and spa
The Swimming Pool and Spa are available for guests use while staying here. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty at any time. All controls for the pool and spa are to be adjusted ONLY by the employees of Guest House Pratt. Additional guests and friends are welcome with prior notice.
